They told me something about having to ship out part of it because they don't do it all in house depending on what needs to be replaced, based on what if any damage they find. They're telling me 10-14 days from the point I drop the car off, assuming it fails the oil test.

Any suggestion/advice as to how to get them to offer the rental for the duration? The dealership I went to was very nice and helpful, but when it came to the rental, even they told me a max of 2 or 3 days is all they(toyota) would provide.
