If this is something that has happened to your Tacoma then know that it is becoming more and more common.... here is some more reading on the subject...

If you have experienced this condition, the most likely cause is the drivers side front transmission mount. Watch it carefully for movement.

If you have some rear brake thumping type noise then you may want to check your rear rotors for rusted spots of the brake pads. This is due to sitting too long with the automatic rear brakes applied.

If you run across this type situation, maybe after replacing the ABS actuator, then you may want to run the Refresh ABS Actuator utility under menu options. Let is know if this works out.
