This customer support program was mailed out in February of 2021 and ended initially the next month, then extended to the next year. Unfortunately, if you bought the vehicle used Toyota sent the notice to the initial owner instead of YOU. I had that experience. My brake booster has failed, I called Toyota about it and they informed me that there is nothing they can do and I am not covered. IF, they extend it they will be sure to let me know.

I have been the registered owner of this vehicle since 2019 and I never got notified. So now, if I want to have an operational car, I have to pay over $4K for the repair.
