Applicability:
2014 - 2015 Camry, Camry HV, Corolla

Introduction:
Some 2014 – 2015 Camry, Camry HV and Corolla vehicles may exhibit a partially inoperative radio touch screen on vehicles equipped with the base audio option. Updated head units are available through the audio exchange program to remedy this concern.

APPLICABLE WARRANTY:
This repair is covered under the Toyota Basic Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle’s in-service date. Warranty application is limited to occurrence of the specified condition described in this bulletin.

Repair Procedure:
1. Verify the vehicle’s condition. Does the radio exhibit the concern described in the introduction?
YES — Continue to step 2.
NO — This bulletin does NOT apply. Continue diagnosis using the applicable Repair Manual.

2. Replace the radio with exchange parts.

3. Verify that the condition has been addressed.

I bought a 2014 certified used toyota corolla S at a toyota dealership mileage is 66300, since last year i had problems with the lower side part of my screen, it wont touch but the other sides of the screen are fine and i noticed that the bluetooth on my radio disconnects alot like a radio loosing connection. since i bought the vehicle as a certified used at a toyota dealer is my vehicle still covered?
