2015 Toyota Sequoia Air Conditioning Automatic Climate Control not Responding

If you run across a 2015 Toyota Sequoia and you find that the air conditioning auto climate controls are not responding (except Mode may work) the make you check to see if any of the buttons are stuck down. Also check the rear controls where the kiddos grubby fingers like to touch...

Well this just saved my butt! It’s been 5 days with no heat or defrost, the controls lit up and had power but nothing would turn on or work! I had checked everything including all fuses… It was headed to the dealer as no local shop could figure it out! After hours of scrolling forums this popped up. Sure enough one of the buttons on the rear controls was stuck down!

Holly crap! That's crazy. Just did it for my car. I'm happy and mad. Such a simple fix

Many Thanks! This also just saved my butt after much digging on the internet. The "Off" button was stuck down.

Many thanks, this also solved my problem! The "Off" button was stuck down, and even though it was in SYNC mode, this was the problem. I was envisioning a $1k + repair and was relieved that this fixed it. Darned grubby kids, lol! My husband had the unit pulled apart already after fuse resets didn't work when I came across this solution.
