Some 2018 model year Camry vehicles may exhibit a shift shock when shifting from Park to
Reverse on initial startup or a delay/shock when reaccelerating quickly after slowing down to a
stop or near stop. The Engine Control Module (ECM) logic has been updated to address this condition. Follow the Repair Procedure in TSB 0330-17 to address this condition.
Reprogram E CM (P CM )
This repair is covered under the Toyota Federal Emission Warranty. This warranty is in effect for
96 months or 80,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle’s in-service date.
