I've been running into this code recently on my 2019 Camry. Originally, I read in another forum that having a GPS tracker on the OBD2 port can cause this and other codes as it messes with the emissions computer. That would have been an easy free fix - but once I removed the Bouncie tracker, cleared the code, now the code is back. I'm here in FL, so definitely will get the water pump replaced soon before it gets hot here. This sucks.

My car is overheating and I took it to the Toyota store and the the diagnostic said the water pump was stuck. Also the ICS malfunction light came on at the same time along with the check engine. The dealership was charging $1100 to repair the pump and told me that once the pump is fixed all the other lights will go off. My car only have 60k miles. Does this sound right or am I missing something?
Mine is doing the same thing!

Reading through this I take that you should A) get it checked and the bulletin applied. If it lights up again probably the water pump and you need to replace. And monitor engine temp closely until it's all good.
