If you run across a 2019 Toyota Rav4 with a complaint of the wipers not turning off, then you will want to inspect the wiper relay assembly located on the drivers side for water intrusion. We have found corrosion on the connectors (A5 and A6). The wipers would continue to run with the ignition switch in any position, to include off with the key removed. Communication code B2357 was stored.
