My 2020 RAV4 has been giving me this error. I thought it was for an oil change, but the guy said it was the coolant bypass valve. Anybody know if they’ll cover it under a powertrain warranty?

Call dealer? I don’t think it warranties under power train. I have the same problem, don’t even bother to have dealer to charge me 90 for telling me something I already know. I’m gonna just do it myself.
I’m getting the message engine maintenance required but no code. I had it checked with two different code readers and they both came back with no codes. Could it still be this problem?
I see this issue popping up all over the place - I just hit 70k on my '19 Rav4. Seems like people need to start making a stink to Toyota and get this thing put on the Recall List -

I know this an old post but Toyota only charged me $165 for the part and labour is yet to be confirmed ( not fun being a girl and not being handy lol )
